AI integrations + ops management

The operator your business is missing.

We run the operations you do not have time for, and we put AI to work where it actually pays off. No dashboards nobody opens. No strategy decks. Systems that run your business when you are not looking at them.

  • Based in Sacramento
  • Any small business
  • Builds, not decks

The problem

You’re playing every position.

Small businesses do not fail because the owner is not working hard enough. They stall because one person is holding every function at once.

  • You are the front office

You quote the job, you schedule it, you chase the invoice. The work that actually grows the business waits until everything else is done — which is never.

  • You are the back office

Payroll, receivables, vendor follow-up, the thing that only you know how to do. None of it is written down, so none of it can be handed to anyone else.

  • You are the tech stack

Six tools that do not talk to each other, held together by a spreadsheet and your memory. The same customer detail gets typed in three times a week.

What we do

Three ways we take work off your plate.

  1. 01

    AI integrations

We put AI where it does real work: answering the calls you cannot get to, drafting the follow-up, reading the inbox, pulling the numbers you keep asking someone for. Connected to the tools you already pay for, not bolted on beside them.

    • Missed-call and inbox coverage
    • Quote and proposal drafting
    • Reporting that writes itself
  2. 02

    Operations management

We take the operating work off your plate and run it on a cadence — scheduling, receivables, vendors, the weekly numbers. Your processes get written down once, so they stop living in one person’s head.

    • Weekly operating rhythm
    • Documented, handoff-ready processes
    • Vendor and receivables follow-through
  3. 03

    Automation builds

The handoffs between your tools become automatic. Intake to job, job to invoice, invoice to paid, paid to the report you actually read. We build it, we maintain it, and we hand you the keys.

    • Intake to invoice, end to end
    • No more double entry
    • Built on tools you own

How it works

Four steps, no mystery.

  1. Step 0130 minutes

    Fit call

We ask what breaks most often and where your week goes. If we are not the right help, we say so on the call.

  2. Step 02Week one

    Game plan

You get the short list: what we fix first, what it costs you today, and what it looks like once it is running.

  3. Step 03Weeks two to four

    Build

We build the first working system and put it in front of your team. Working software, not a recommendation to go buy some.

  4. Step 04Month to month

    Ongoing support

We keep it running, keep improving it, and keep taking the next thing off your plate. Cancel whenever it stops earning its keep.

The work

Things we have actually shipped.

Missed-Call Rescue

Every call a small business misses gets answered anyway: caller identified, reason captured, text sent back inside a minute, and the job written into the queue before anyone picks up a phone.

  • Answers in under 60 seconds
  • Texts back automatically
  • Writes the lead into the queue

About

I have run the operations, not just advised on them.

I am Daniel. I have spent my career inside operations — managing $3.2B in assets at Folio Dynamix, running a youth soccer club of 900 players and 88 teams, and cutting $2M of cost out of a university’s back office. Different worlds, same job: figure out what is actually broken, then build the thing that fixes it.

I started Yui because small businesses get the worst version of this help — consultants who leave a deck behind, or software nobody adopts. I would rather sit in your operation, build what it needs, and stay until it runs without me watching it.
